Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products (research-use chemicals and laboratory reagents), all sales are final and non-returnable, except as required by law, for safety, stability, and chain of custody reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (based on your local time zone). Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damage or incorrect product
- Brief description of the issue
If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method. Refunds are not issued for performance issues caused by improper storage, handling, or experimental conditions after delivery.
How to Submit a Claim
Email ReconstitutionLab@outlook.com with subject line: “Damage Claim – [Order Number]”. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (if applicable)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right applies ONLY if:
- The product remains unopened and its integrity is fully intact (e.g., seals unbroken, packaging undamaged).
- The product has not been shipped (for pre-shipment cancellations) or is returned unused (for post-shipment cancellations).
To exercise this right:
- Contact us immediately at ReconstitutionLab@outlook.com with your order number and reason for withdrawal.
- For unopened orders still in transit: We will cancel shipment at no cost to you.
- For delivered unopened orders: We will arrange return shipping at our expense and issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Note: If the product is opened, used, or its integrity is compromised, this right does not apply due to safety and contamination risks.
