1. Product Definition & Use Restrictions
1.1 All products sold are research-use only (RUO) chemicals and laboratory reagents. They are intended for in-vitro, non-clinical research purposes only and are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostics, treatment, or any other non-research use.
1.2 Buyers acknowledge that products are not consumer goods and must be handled with appropriate safety measures. Misuse voids all warranties and liability protection.
2. Buyer Qualification
2.1 Buyers must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and understand the risks associated with handling research chemicals.
2.2 By purchasing, you confirm you have the necessary knowledge and facilities to safely store, handle, and dispose of the products in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
2.3 Reconstitution Solution reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if qualifications are not met or if there is suspected misuse or violation of these terms.
3. Order Cancellation & EU Cooling-Off Period
3.1 Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel before shipment, please contact us immediately at ReconstitutionLab@outlook.com.
3.2 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (if applicable):
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to products that have been unsealed, opened, or had their integrity compromised (due to safety, health protection, and contamination risks).
To exercise this right for an unopened product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. After notifying us, you must return the unopened product to the address we provide at your own cost. Once we receive the unopened product, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

4. Return & Refund Restrictions
4.1 All sales are final and non-returnable except as expressly provided in Section 3.2 (EU cooling-off period for unopened products) or in our separate Return & Refund Policy for damaged/incorrect items. Opened, used, or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.
4.2 For damaged or incorrect items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for claims procedure (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
5. Buyer Responsibility
5.1 You assume full responsibility for the safe storage, handling, and disposal of products, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
5.2 Reconstitution Solution is not liable for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from improper use, storage, or non-compliance with these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reconstitution Solution disclaims all warranties (express or implied) and shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use any product.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the United States (State of [Your State], if you have a principal place of business).
7.2 Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, legal action may be brought in the federal or state courts located in [Your County, Your State].
