Shipping Policy

At Reconstitution Solution, we ship all orders from our Memphis, TN facility using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment verification.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days for addresses in the contiguous United States.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and USPS-designated remote ZIP codes may incur additional shipping surcharges and require longer delivery times.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

International Shipping
- Delivery Time: International shipments generally take 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.
- Customs & Duties: The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. We cannot predict or pay these fees in advance.

Tracking & Insurance
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
- Insurance: All orders include USPS‑provided insurance up to $100. For higher value orders, additional shipping insurance is available at checkout.
- Claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery; see our Refund Policy for details.

Important Notices
- Carrier Delays: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier service interruptions.
- Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
- If USPS tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact USPS directly and file a theft report if necessary; we cannot reship or refund packages marked as delivered unless extra shipping insurance was purchased.
